SERVICES AND PRICES

1.       You send a request to veren.m@gmail.com or through the feedback form on the website: describe your task in detail and attach all available materials (plans, photos, examples, wishes, etc.). 

2.       We review your request and evaluate whether your issues can be effectively resolved through a consultation. 

3.       If so, you pay for the service. 

4.       We agree on a convenient date and time for an online meeting. 

5.       At the appointed time, we thoroughly analyze your situation, provide recommendations, and answer all your questions.

• Buying a property. If you’re choosing between several properties and can’t decide which one is best for you, we’ll analyze your options based on layout, remodeling, and your family’s needs, helping you make an informed choice. 
  
  
• Renting a home (especially unfinished and unfurnished). When a full-fledged design project isn’t necessary, but it’s important to understand how to effectively zone the space, arrange furniture, and create a cozy, stylish interior. 
  
  
• Choosing a layout solution. If you’re stumped and can’t decide on a layout—either on your own or with a designer. 
  
  
• Selecting a color palette (in-person consultations). When it’s difficult to decide on the overall color scheme of the interior or choose between several favorite shades, we’ll help you harmoniously combine colors and explain how different shades affect the perception of the space. 
  
  
• Choosing a stylistic direction. If you’re unsure which style is right for you: there are too many examples, trends, and conflicting information out there. We’ll help you structure your desires and sort everything out. 
  
  
• Interior decorating. We’ll show you how to use decor to change the perception of space, add depth and character, so your interior looks harmonious and “like something out of an interior design magazine.”
  
  
• Choosing furniture, materials, and interior items. When there are so many options and it’s difficult to make a decision, we’ll help you understand what’s best to keep, what to replace, and how to combine colors, shapes, textures, and materials into a unified concept.

• If you don’t have any initial data or options, but want a designer to “create an interior from scratch” during a consultation, development is a separate service that requires a different format and timeframe. In this case, it’s better to consider a design project or decorating project. 
  
  
•  If you’re completely dissatisfied with everything—the furniture, the finishes, the space itself—and want “one piece of advice” that will suddenly make everything beautiful. Design is a system and a task-oriented approach, not a one-time magic trick.

1. Meeting at the selected property for the project development, signing of the contract, conducting measurements, filling out necessary forms.

2. Preparing the planning-stage proposal of the design and discussing it with the client, making corrections and modifications to the design.

3. Selecting materials with the client.

4. Developing stylistic decisions and discussing them with the client, making any necessary changes.

5. Preparing relevant documents for the builders.

6. Porviding supervision and configuration of the project (if necessary).
